I am a visualization specialist with over 14 years experience creating animations and visualizations for public and private entities in the architecture, engineering and construction field.
With a bachelors degree in landscape architecture and an experienced knowledge of 3DS Max, Vray, Civil 3D, ESRI and Adobe products, I specialize in architectural, site and landscape visualizations.
Early in my career, I was involved in the planning and design of commercial and residential developments creating master plan renderings and marketing collateral. It was around then that I began to find my niche, and began to explore my skills as a visualization specialist.
Since 2010, I have been working for the University of Georgia’s Office of University Architects creating visualizations of conceptual development, new construction and facility renovations. I also assist with the management, planning, design of proposed university facilities and renovations. Other responsibilities include serving as the Autodesk licensing administrator for the office as well as the Adobe licensing administrator. I also train office interns in 3DS Max, Auto CAD Architecture, Civil 3D and Revit from time to time.
In 2016 I obtained my commercial sUAS pilots license and have been operating a 3DR Solo drone to obtain aerial imagery and data for campus projects.
A few projects from my career include:
• Interior and exterior animations of the University of Georgia’s Proposed Science Learning Center
• Created 3D models for animation showcasing Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Vehicle System Integration Lab
• Animation featuring the proposed Children’s Garden at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. Animation is currently being used to generate funds for construction.
• Animation DVD package for the Sanford Stadium Gate 10 renovation which was used to raise funds for construction
• Interior animation of Carnegie Library at the University of Georgia Health Sciences Campus used to raise funds for renovation
• Animation used in the Mayan Blue documentary film that was featured at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival
• Created an animation of The Atlanta Braves Turner Field that was used in a promotional commercial for the 2009 season
• Created a 3D model of DIY Network’s “BLOG Cabin” that was showcased in their television episode and online
